Sparta Global is accelerating tech workforce growth for ServiceNow clients and partners by joining its ‘RiseUp’ initiative, targeting one million trained users by 2024.
The B Corp tech firm will use its model to build a diverse ServiceNow talent pool, advancing opportunities for underrepresented individuals and nurturing workforce growth.
The programme will be based on ServiceNow's authorised training materials and infrastructure.
Cat Lang, SVP of Global Education at ServiceNow, said: “Through the programme, individuals will be empowered to build meaningful technology careers with a promising trajectory.”
