Totalmobile, a field service management software provider, has expanded into the Nordics market to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
"The region presents a wealth of opportunities, and we aim to deliver solutions tailored to the unique needs of Nordic businesses,” CEO Phil Race (pictured) said.
Totalmobile's market strategy employs direct and indirect channels, backed by global reseller agreements with partners like CGI and Accenture in Europe.
“We have approximately 20 registered partners and are launching a new partner programme to transition to a ‘channel first’ model,” Race added.
“Since January 2022, 22% of our new sales bookings have come from the channel. This figure is steadily increasing and we expect it to accelerate with our new partner programme.”
Following its recent expansion into Australasia and partnerships with ISS, Securitas, and Kone, Totalmobile aims to grow in sectors like utilities, infrastructure, and emergency services.
Christopher Walldoff, the new Regional Director, will lead Totalmobile's expansion in the Nordics region.
He said: “With our solutions and customer-centric approach, I know we will make a substantial impact in the utilities, infrastructure, and emergency services sectors, just as we have seen in the UK and Australia."
