MSP Version 1 has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Louise Lahiff as Chief COO and Patrick Cooney as CFO to drive its expansion strategy.
Lahiff, previously Director of Strategy, will now manage customer delivery and technology implementations across multiple regions, having become the first woman on the company's software board in 2022.
She said: “We have ambitious plans in the pipeline for our growth and development and I am looking forward to working with my teams to continuously evolve our value proposition to our customers.”
Patrick Cooney, coming from Kerry Group plc where he navigated financial challenges like Brexit and COVID-19, will lead Version 1's financial strategies aimed at acquisitions and market expansion.
He takes over from Andrew Langford, who guided the company through key acquisitions and a significant partnership with Partners Group.
Cooney added: "Each of the Version 1 core values resonates with me and I'm confident that I can thrive and be happy in this environment while delivering what's needed for the business.”
