Wavenet, a UK managed services provider offering businesses cyber security, communications, and connectivity, has on-boarded a range of multifunctional printers (MFPs) as part of its next phase of growth as a Canon partner.
Wavenet currently supports Canon’s IT services offer in the UK. “There has been a natural progression for Wavenet to move into the print space, and this next phase will see the business thrive as a trusted Canon partner,” said the two companies.
With Canon’s MFPs, Wavenet will see the business move into software solutions such as uniFLOW Online.
Antony Black, director of wholesale at Wavenet, said: “We are at a pivotal stage in the market, whereby IT vendors are starting to include print in their offering. We can’t wait to strengthen our strategic alliance with Canon to widen our portfolio, meet customer needs and accelerate business growth.”
Stuart Miller (pictured), director, channel partners, Canon UK & Ireland, adds: “We are taking our long-standing relationship with Wavenet to the next level as a trusted partner, while reaffirming our position also as a Wavenet IT partner.”
