Display and touch technology vendor HANNspree, is working with Westcoast in the UK as the distributor targets AV and displays with a new team.
“Touch screens are becoming increasingly popular and important, so with this key signing Westcoast have a vendor that is well recognized in this space,” commented Alex Tatham, Westcoast’s Managing Director. “HANNspree has a range of product that will help in the corporate, industrial and education sectors as well as an outstanding, complete run-rate range. We will have a new focus on AV and Monitors with a new product team, and increased sales effort in an area that Westcoast has not been recognized for in the past. All that now changes – and our new HANNspree relationship is just one of the first of a number of new product signings that will take Westcoast to new customers and enhance our existing relationships. Richad Carr is Westcoast's new AV and Display product manager who will be responsible for managing the HANNspree relationship. He spent over 10 years with Sony in various roles, including Head of Distribution, before spells at Viewsonic and Annodata.
