France's Wallix has opened a new London office as part of its attempt to get more security partners in the UK market. The company also recently opened a Madrid office to grow its Spanish and Portugal channel.
The Euronext-listed cyber security vendor specialises in privileged access management (PAM), and currently has over 170 partners and 1,100 customers globally. Mark de Simone, VP and managing director for the UK, the Nordics, MEA, Italy, India and Asia at Wallix, said: “The opening of our London office further highlights our European roots. Many customers and partners are looking to work with local cyber security experts and we are positioned to offer this service.”
Wallix, which says it is on target to achieve a target turnover of over €50m next year, is also expanding its partner programme to offer training, enablement and support. The company recently announced the launch of its BestSafe offering, to provide customers with an end point privileged management solution to protect workstations and application servers against growing cyber threats such as ransomware.
Mukesh Gupta, chief executive at Wallix distributor e92plus, said: “Many organisations are looking for an easy-to-deploy solution, which can integrate seamlessly into their environment, while partners are always looking for innovative technology to take to their customers. Wallix's product portfolio is a perfect fit for both.”
The London office is in Ropemaker Street, in the financial district. The company also has European offices in Paris, Madrid, Munich and Moscow.
