Accenture has expanded its digital supply chain capabilities after finalising the purchase of US-based Oracle Cloud partner Inspirage.
The deal is expected to enhance Accenture’s Oracle Cloud capabilities, help it deliver “touchless” supply chain, digital twins and other emerging technologies to its customers.
Inspirage’s 736 employees will join the Accenture Oracle Business Group to boost its Oracle supply chain skills.
The acquisition marks the firm’s latest steps to continue expanding its footprint in supply chain technology.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
