Node4 bolsters cybersecurity offerings with ThreeTwoFour takeover

Node4 has boosted its cybersecurity services via the acquisition of ThreeTwoFour, its third takeover in 18 months following risual and Tisski. 

The deal enhances Node4's portfolio with ThreeTwoFour's security expertise and M&A Cyber Due Diligence experience, allowing Node4 to better serve the public sector and government frameworks. 

ThreeTwoFour's founder and leadership team will remain post-merger, and Node4's CEO, Andy Gilbert, predicts significant growth: “We anticipate driving strong growth across our shared customer base and beyond.”
