ALSO Group's CEO, Gustavo Möller-Herg, is set to step down in April next year after a 12-year tenure.
Since he took charge in 2011, the management team has successfully tripled EBITDA.
The IT distributor also managed to grow its cloud business to €700m, expand solutions to €3.5bn, and invest in team development.
Möller-Hergt said: “For the next decade, the company is well positioned to exploit the potential of the market and exceed the results of the past years.”
He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors following his departure next year.
