8x8 has expanded its partnership with Telarus, LLC, a privately-held distributor of business cloud infrastructure and contact centre services. Telarus sales partners in the UK can now offer as part of their solution portfolio the 8x8 Open Communications Platform, which combines cloud voice, team chat, video meetings, and contact centre. This expansion is following Telarus’s growth since partnering with 8x8 in the US, and as a result, is now looking to extend and accelerate business opportunities into the UK.
An excerpt from the 8x8 latest earnings call presentation indicates total revenue growth guidance of 15-16% Y/Y for 2Q21, while service revenue is seen rising 16-17%.
