Communication services firm Gamma has acquired BrightCloud Group to boost its contact centre and customer experience capabilities while driving enterprise growth across Europe.
This acquisition strengthens Gamma's partnership with Cisco, with BrightCloud now serving as Cisco’s leading European Enterprise partner for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
This move positions Gamma to seize growth opportunities in customer experience transformation, particularly in the European Enterprise and Public Sectors.
