UCaaS provider Gamma has awarded business technology and communications provider Grapevine with Technical Alliance Partner status.
The Technical Alliance tier of Gamma’s partner programme aims to recognise partners that are committed to keeping their teams updated and knowledgeable on the products they sell.
According to Grapevine MD James Spinks (pictured far-right), Gamma has helped the firm expand its unified communications portfolio, from technical and sales training, to product development and bespoke marketing.
“The recognition from this award of Technical Alliance Partner status further demonstrates that we have constantly delivered the highest quality deployments rather than just quantity, and reinforces our commitment to our clients and staff in keeping them up to date with the latest product and industry changes through ongoing training and product development,” he said.
Louise Fairley, partner programme manager at Gamma added: “We're delighted to welcome Grapevine to the Gamma Technical Alliance Programme and look forward to a flourishing ongoing relationship. By continuing to leverage Gamma’s solutions and an ongoing commitment to the training of their support and provisioning personnel, they can support their customers with next-level unified communications solutions.”
