Maintel is expanding its CX portfolio by integrating the Avaya Experience Platform, as part of a broader partnership with Avaya.
This platform, hosted on Microsoft Azure's public cloud, is set to enhance customer and employee experiences across multiple channels.
Yogesh Patel, Chief Growth Officer at Maintel, said: “Our experience with Avaya will enable us to deliver, support and manage any type of Avaya Experience Platform deployment, as well as to integrate the platform with the customer’s business application ecosystem.”
