UK-based Prodec Networks has rebranded to TIEVA following the consolidation of a number of acquisitions made by tech investors Fulcrum Pegasus.
The new name and logo - effective from today - will support the firm’s next phase of growth.
Prodec, together with Fulcrum Pegasus, will continue to strengthen in 2023 and beyond by acquiring and merging “organisations that fit TIEVA's acquisition profile in both the UK and across Europe”.
CEO Mark Lee said: "The acquisition represents a major milestone for the company and it is exciting to be announcing the formation of TIEVA.
“We’ve seen demand for our services accelerate rapidly from customers seeking tangible outcomes from their investment in technology.”
