Tech Mahindra has launched Navixus, a new business unit within its Business Process Services (BPS) division following the acquisition of Eventus Solutions Group.
This move is part of Tech Mahindra's strategy to enhance its consulting-led front-office solutions and establish itself as a valuable BPS partner.

Navixus will offer a full range of digital transformation services including CCaaS, advanced analytics and managed services.
