Global cloud communications vendor Infobip says it saw its strategic channel partnerships triple to 280 in 2021, after enhancing its Partner Connect Programme.
The programme is aimed at system integrators, VARs, BPOs and consultants, marketing and digital agencies, ISVs and custom software developers.
Accessed through a single platform, Infobip’s omnichannel engagement, identity, user authentication and contact centre solutions help businesses and partners overcome the complexity of consumer communications.
Leveraging Infobip’s global network of over 750 direct operator connections, spanning over 200 countries, Infobip partners are offered the opportunity to tap into a customer engagement and service market projected to reach a combined value in excess of $25 billion by 2025, said Infobip.
Central to the improved Partner Connect Programme is its emphasis on personalised and in-person engagement via partner managers, as well as digital engagement through a new partner relationship management model. “In effect, it offers a personal relationship wrapped in a digital experience,” says the vendor.
“Creating connected customer experiences is at the heart of what we do, and central to partners' clients' digital transformation,” said Veselin Vuković, VP of strategic partnerships at Infobip. “Our partner programme allows them to leverage our global experience, connectivity, communication solutions and industry expertise to create innovative client solutions that drive business growth.”
In September 2020, Croatia-headquartered Span, which provides services and technical support to business users and enterprises worldwide, signed a professional services deal with Infobip. The partnership enables Span to build connected customer experiences across all stages of the customer journey through Infobip’s customer engagement and experience portfolio, consisting of Moments, Conversations and Answers.
Infobip was founded in 2006 and has over 65 offices across six continents.
